Apartments
Lovingly and comfortably furnished, our apartments are located in a quiet apartment building. On an area between 20 and 90m² in the 1 to 4 room apartments you will find many accessories and high ceilings.
The fully equipped kitchen offers you a range of electrical appliances such as dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven with top/bottom heat as well as hot air, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The modern marble bathroom with daylight is equipped with washstand, shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included.
In addition, we offer free Internet access via WLAN in all apartments, an Internet PC (in the lounge area in the basement), fax and photocopying facilities, a TV, washing machines and bicycles for a small rental fee.

Surroundings
Our old building, located in the Lindenhof district, is situated directly at the Rhine and the Waldpark. The river as well as the extensive park invite you to a relaxing walk and are perfect after a busy day.
In addition, you can reach Mannheim’s city centre in just a few minutes on foot or by tram including
- Central Station (1 km),
- Mannheim Castle/University (1,7 km)
- Water tower (2 km) and
- Shopping street (2 km).
The Luisenpark (3 km), the largest park in Mannheim, and the SAP Arena/Maimarkt (5.2 km) are also in close proximity.
Whether you are on holiday or on a business trip in Mannheim – take advantage of the diverse selection of restaurants and spend an evening in a relaxed and culinary sophisticated atmosphere. For example, enjoy the Italian flair in the restaurant „Zwei Hasen“, which is only a few minutes walk from our house. Equally recommendable is the „Pfannkuchenhaus“, where you will be served hearty prepared pancakes.
